Nestling within the Fresh Food Hall at Fortnum & Mason in Piccadilly is the chic and elegant 1707 Wine Bar. Named 1707 in honour of the famous store's foundation year, the wine bar allows guests to order a bottle of almost any wine from the adjacent wine department as well as offering an extensive selection of wines by the glass. It includes such delectables as Spanish Marcona almonds, Persian pistachio nuts, Kalamata smoked olives and bocquerones, for a start.
