I like the Fat Cat, nice atmosphere and a good place to get a drink in the evening. But not for food. The salad I had as a starter was so fresh, that there was even the dirt left on the leaves. The tuna steak was something between raw inside and well done on the skin. And the risotto had no taste and the rice could have done better with some longer cooking. The pie my colleague had was good, but only the filling, the pie itself was burnt. I was really disappointed and won't recommend this place at all, when you look for some nice food in Derby.
