3 Oceans is a contemporary lounge bar and restaurant situated on Lodge Lane, off North Finchley High Road, just a 5 minute walk from Woodside Park Tube Station. Easily visible from the outside with its striking sky blue façade, 3 Oceans is split over two floors with a vibrant bar space downstairs and a stylish restaurant upstairs. The spacious dining space is light and airy, with warm leather seating and sleek, clean modern decor with large wall-mounted plasma screens showing sports events to keep guests entertained during their meal.

The restaurant's international menu comprises traditional Indian dishes alongside modern British, European and international cuisine. Starters of chicken tikka and paneer tikka could be followed by mains of palak paneer, a dish of Indian cottage cheese with wilted spinach and flavoured with spices, or zalfrazi lamb cooked with spices, onions and yoghurt.
