I recently went to 4DQ and was not at all impressed with the service or meal. It was the fourth occasion I'd been there but the last time was about 12 months before. And how it had changed!, it was like a different restaurant altogether in terms of standards. Three out of the six of us ordered steak frites; the waitress did not ask anyone how they'd like their steaks cooked - which is unacceptable considering the price range. I told them how I wanted it cooked, but it was ignored as we all received medium steaks. The menu described the fries as 'string fries', however when they arrived they were crinkle cut chips, which I'm sure we're just oven chips! A side order of stilton sauce arrived the colour of peppercorn sauce and tasted nothing like stilton. I emailed my complaint to the hotel and received no reply, so I emailed a copy a week later again with no response. They are obviously having problems so I will not be going there again as they appear to not give a damn about customers. Avoid!
