Chef Natalie Sellers and General Manager Carol Wilson welcome customers to the elegant 4th Street Bistro that has been serving exciting contemporary American and French cuisine since June 2000.

Choose between dining on the deck during fine weather or in the affable surroundings of the restaurant that has bright textured walls, well laid out tables and a lovely little fireplace that is lit on colder evenings.

The dishes are all created from sustainable, organic and local produce and could include grilled and marinated wild shrimp, maple glazed pork belly, salads and seasonal soup to begin. Mains take in pan-seared lamb loin chops, Moroccan spiced chicken breast, and trenette pasta with butternut squash, wild mushrooms and braised chard.

Do leave some space for the desserts that taste as good as they sound and could include pear and candied ginger bread pudding and bittersweet chocolate mousse. Wines from a well chosen list are available by the glass and bottle.
