Well what can I say? It was one of the best experiences of my life. I went to a wedding here a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely divine. A bit pricey though nevertheless still good especially the friendly staff, a bit slow service though, however the meal made up for that. The food was gorgeous, a bit chilli for my wife Margaret, he he, she had a jug of water with her the whole time, but me a thumbs up. On the other hand if you liked this restaurant, you should try Planet Masala in Lincoln, Brayford Wharf, which has got to be one of the best Indian restaurants in the U.K. The food was exquisite as you could taste all the different flavours and spices to release endorphins. Although if you think Indian food is too spicy like my wife, they have options of how spicy you could get your meal. A classy restaurant in a buzzing atmosphere.

My husband and I eat regularly here and have recommended it to many of our friends. The food is excellent with a great choice of starters and main courses. Although I am not a vegetarian I can highly recommend the Aakash vegetarian special. It is delicious! The service is excellent too. The restaurant can get very busy which may mean you will have to wait a little longer for your food but it is well worth it. (this has only happened twice in 2 years to us). I would defy anyone not to enjoy the Aakash experience.
