Abbey, The Description

The old Abbey has had a pretty massive facelift and whilst traces of its existence can be seen through the haze of French mirrors, sandblasted brick, fancy lighting and neutral tones, the change, carried out by Shaun Clarkson is pretty dramatic and in keeping with the times.

The food is Modern British with French favourites made from fresh ingredients and served with integrity. On Sundays the place is jumping with rotisserie-style barbecues serving dishes such as suckling pig or milk lamb.

There is a private snug, a roof terrace and a beautiful secluded walled secret garden.
