Have been there for Sunday lunch three times with friends, I found the staff to be very friendly and the service, excellent. We have always eaten in the restaurant, although there is a carvery on a Sunday as well. We were a little disappointed on the last Sunday when we went as we found the meat to be very tough and the soup lukewarm. We did ask if they had changed their chef as we were very surprised at this. We were told that they still had the same chef. However, we like the atmosphere of the place and the view is lovely over the seafront, so this has not put us off, we shall return and hope that this was just a 'blip'.
