Dale and Aline Reitzer have worked hard to make Acacia Mid-Town a dining destination that people simply love visiting. The couple are of the opinion that the beauty of fine dining lies in the small details - from the simplest garnish on the plate, to the server who folds your napkin when you leave the table - and Acacia excels in these small niceties.

With more than 25 years of experience to back him, Chef Dale Reitzer presents a menu of new regional American cuisine with an emphasis on quality fresh and local produce. Expect to find appetizers of homemade ravioli; fried oysters, southern coleslaw and spicy mayo, and barbecued pork belly, vinegar slaw and sticky bun amongst a range of regularly changing starters. Salads embrace roasted beet, goat's cheese, mixed lettuces and balsamic vinaigrette. Among entrees, grilled salmon, and roasted duck breast stuffed with apples and pine nuts, jostle with pan-seared filet mignon, and seared scallops, homemade gnocchi, spinach, and parmesan sauce.

Desserts take in banana crème brûlée and a strawberry and mascarpone clafoutis.
