Al Fassia Description

In one respect at least I tend to think of restaurants rather as I do of my fellow human beings. Flashy on the outside can lead to subsequent disappointment. A trifle drab on the exterior can often reveal hidden pleasures. So it is with Al Fassia. Penetrate within its unattractive façade and you will find Moroccan food of great appeal, with prices that are fair to the point of unbelievability. Not only this but the service is notable and should serve as a role model to many other establishments both in and out of London where 'to serve' is a concept without perception.

Your Reviews of Al Fassia

Jay Shah (23 January 2010)

I have frequented Al Fassia since the day it opened and I can heartily recommend it as the best Moroccan restaurant in the U.K. This may seem high praise but it is well deserved. The family owned restaurant is managed by - Chab, who has worked hard from day one to ensure that the quality of his food remains high. The decor is not flashy or even modern by today's standards but it is welcoming nonetheless and the food is simply lovely. In addition, the menu is reasonably priced and presents tremendous value for money. It serves excellent food, has good service and great prices. We cannot ask for more! I wish more restaurants in this country were like Al Fassia. Take my word for it, leave Gordon's nosh aside and trek up to Windsor - you will not regret it!

My husband and I live in California but go back to visit his family in Plymouth every year. We stumbled upon Al Fassia when we were passing through Windsor and just loved it. Now we make it a point to eat there every year when we visit. The staff are always very friendly and the food is fantastic. We look forward to coming every year and we have never been disappointed.
