Al Fresco Restaurant

Al Fresco is one of my favourite restaurants in London, especially for Italian cuisine. The place is electric, has great atmosphere that gives me the sense I am in the middle of an Italian town. The food is lovely, with fresh fish and meat at good prices. As for the staff, they put a smile back on your face. This restaurant is a breath of fresh air, and a head above others.

Had to laugh out loud at the first review I have read about Al Fresco, the first line summed the place up "kept waiting for ten minutes before being seated" the same experience I had though I didn’t wait that long because my patience only lasted a minute, with a half full premises the staff saw me waiting and looked through me like glass, as if I had trodden in something, sorry but that attitude stinks, what’s the service going to be like once you get in? I’ve been before and been disappointed but like the true British chap nothing was said and you hope it’s going to be better next time. I really can’t understand why anyone goes there with more and more choice locally, so never ever again will I darken their doorstep.
