Although it's not the most sophisticated of Madrid's few vegetarian restaurants, Al Natural certainly is one of the best. The quality and freshness of the ingredients used in the kitchen is outstanding. The subtle lighting and carefully positioned plants create a warm and cosy atmosphere in the dining room. House specials include mushroom stroganoff and aubergine gratin.Vegetarian

The last time we were in Madrid we stayed at The Westin Palace Hotel where the staff recommended us to dine at the restaurant Al Natural since they learned that we were vegetarians. We were very grateful for the idea since the dinner was excellent and the staff treated us also very well. We were already in need of some healthy food, like the one you would prepare for yourself, after being away from home for so many days.
