Alchemy Restaurant Description
A good restaurant always attracts welcome attention and if consistent in quality and service, becomes a special part of the lives of those who live in the vicinity and even beyond. Alchemy is one such appealing restaurant that is situated minutes away from Mold Town Centre.
The food is a wonderful mix of the many flavours that owner Rick Lee has perfected over twenty years in the catering industry. Among starters look for goats' cheese served with a salad of mixed leaves and baby beetroot or Alchemy mussels cooked with chilli, tomato, white wine and parsley.
Main course include the flavoursome 28 day aged 'Farm Assured' steaks and other choices such as chicken breast wrapped in pancetta, and penne pasta with a courgette and pepper sauce and parmesan shavings. Flambéed pineapple and strawberries or cheese and biscuits lend a wonderful end to the meal. A selection of local beers and wine is always there to match the food they serve.
