It was good food with awful service for a Christmas meal we had there. All the food was pre booked, but there were still many foul ups like people having to eat the wrong dish, and some finishing their mains before others had been served. The waitress cleared the mains and said ‘you didn't eat your salad/vegetables.’ They actually arrived after I had finished my swordfish that the waitress presented to the table as ‘tuna anyone?’

In summary the food was okay in surroundings that were okay, but the service was awful, and no attempt was made to put things right. The response was ‘are you sure?’
