Amber Restaurant Description

Amber Restaurant specialises in estate bred beef and lamb, prime game, wild salmon and the freshest vegetables, all sourced with a painstaking eye for quality. Then, behind the kitchen doors, a delicious alchemy takes place to create a menu that is quintessentially Scottish, made even more so by the 330 whiskies on offer.

If you are a touch bewildered, don't worry, as a resident whisky expert is at hand to guide you through them all. It was recommended as one of the best Scottish restaurants on The List Eating and Drinking Guide 2008.
