I was at the restaurant on a night in September and I must say it’s up there amongst one the best. I eat all over the country and Europe due to my job, but Amore never fails to disappoint me. It has excellent food and exceptional staff, the retention rate at this place is high, you always see the same faces, credit to the management. Sunderland does not have much to boast about but this restaurant is, in my opinion, one of them. Well done Amore!

I had just been to Amore in a party of thirteen for my mom's birthday, what a fantastic restaurant, the best I have ever been to in the North East. The food cannot be faulted at all and the presentation is outstanding, as is the quality and taste. The staff are fabulous, as is the décor, big very comfortable seating with settees to have your pre-meal drink along with equally comfortable leather dining chairs when you move to your table. I can't wait to go back again.
