Andrew Edmunds Description

This is a perennially popular Soho favourite with the neighbouring office crowd. Booking is highly recommended even though its subtle frontage means it's easily missed by the less well informed. Once inside you'll find a dim candle-lit interior, rather dated but still romantic. The menu changes on a daily basis to encourage the regulars back but you can expect to find bistro favourites such as roast guinea fowl and slow-cooked lamb shank accompanied by a superb wine list.

Your Reviews of Andrew Edmunds

Zoe (3 April 2009)

I ate there on a Thursday and I agree that the food was not of a standard you would expect for the price. In particular my main was a measly venison stew that had more in common with school dinner than £14.00 dish. It was stringy meat, a blob and mash and overcooked broccoli all in a particularly unappetising single bowl. The service was fine, but I was shocked at the 45 per head price tag for what was nothing more than a bowl of inexpensive stew.

Kelly-Jae Weare (1 April 2009)

Amazing service, romantic setting, extensive and comprehensive wine list, very possibly the best food I have eaten in a number of years - I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.
