Anexo Description

Just a short stroll from both the Clerkenwell Road and Farringdon tube station is Anexo. This lively restaurant and bar is part of the Turnmills complex, which also includes a club area, making this a great place to dine and then party, with various theme nights throughout the week. The food is Spanish with a choice of either tapas or a la carte dishes, such as grilled tuna with a tomato and onion sauce, slow roasted lamb shank with a smoked barbeque sauce served with spicy rice and Pinto beans, or red snapper with king prawns and mussels in a paprika and cumin sauce. Unsurprisingly for such a party place the drinks menu is as varied as the food menu, with cocktails and pitchers of beer in abundance.
