Annex 3

I went to Annex 3 for dinner with three friends for a birthday celebration on a Friday. My friend booked the restaurant and having had a great time at one of their other trio restaurants, we found this place did not live up to our expectations. The bar is very nice and the cocktails were fantastic, but the restaurant wasn't busy. My starter wasn’t fresh and appeared pre-packaged, and we were not impressed. The waitress or manager did not apologise and suggested that I could have another starter, but I was put off eating anything else. She then came out with a bottle of white wine, which we hadn't asked for and only two of us were drinking white wine. What we actually expected was an apology, some money knocked off the bill and perhaps a round of drinks but the waitress’s approach spoilt the evening and left my friend disappointed.
