We had a meal out at Annie Jones on a Saturday night with seven people in the party. Although the food was very nice, we were quite disappointed with the service and mistakes that were made. One person got the wrong starter, three main meals had significant elements of the meal missing, which turned up in separate bowls when we were just about finished, and the berry and sorbet dessert turned up without the sorbet. Plus there were mistakes in the bill, charging us for eight starters instead of six and the bill took 30 minutes to arrive. It's a shame, as the food was nice but we won’t be going back.
