Lavish and luxurious, Aqua Nueva is a contemporary Spanish tapas style restaurant on Argyll Street in the heart of London's West End. Just a few strides from Oxford Circus, the restaurant occupies the top floor of 240 Regent Street, an iconic Grade II listed building formerly the Dickins & Jones store. The entrance is a dramatic corridor with a bull sculpture that leads to a dining area where guests are offered a varied selection of food in an ambience that is elegant and classy. The interiors are modern and stunning with terraces offering spectacular views of central London.

The imaginative menu created by Chef Alberto Hernandez offers varied choices with special emphasis on fish and red meat dishes. To start with, guests can try out the scallops with potato puree or Amanita Caesarea mushrooms and lobster with chickpeas and crispy duck. Meaty main courses could include braised oxtail with pumpkin puree, or intensely flavoured Extremadura style lamb and duck breast with confit peas and quince jam.
