AQUA Restaurant Description
At AQUA they offer a choice of eating styles, from the decent value offered by their bar menu to a varied, modern European main menu, commendable wine list and exciting cocktails. Their popular two and three course set price menu provide good venue for lunches and pre-theatre suppers. They enjoy a fantastic waterside location next to Bristol Bridge with heated al fresco dining on the terrace. AQUA also specialises in group/party bookings and is happy to individually tailor menus and buffets to suit any budget or requirement.

After reading various reviews of Aqua I couldn’t believe that the rumours where true. After have many a good evening here. Booked and went out for the night to Aqua. The food was ok, olive oil tasted like chip fat, lamb was mostly fat and the tuna was overcooked. When it came to coffee, we both had espresso. They were served in normal coffee cups??? You would think a place like this would have espresso cups! Overall the food and service was poor. I would not go back again, which is a shame as it used to be very good.

I tried to book a table but was told extremely curtly that they were busy and I should call back later. Obviously I did not bother to call back as they clearly were not interested in new bookings. What an extremely poor first impression. Perhaps they should get more staff or at least improve the customer service of existing staff.
