Offering a scenic view and overlooking the river Thames, the Aqua River Brasserie is an airy and open restaurant serving a large repertoire of food that consists of seasonal and daily-changing menu. A typical fare served by the restaurant consists of bruschetta with goats' cheese and sweet pepper, grilled sirloin steak, pan fried salmon fillet including pizzas - la reine with ham, olives, mushrooms, mozzarella and tomato and aqua, parma ham and rocket. Pastas of salmon tagliatelle and spaghetti frutti di mare with seafood in tiger sauce are the other specialties served in the à la carte menu.
