From the well executed menu, appetizers of vegetable samosas, a platter of kebab, and spicy bhelpuri come to the fore. A tandoori salmon tikka could appear next, followed by specialities of say saagwalla lamb cooked in fresh spinach; chicken vindaloo, one of the hottest, and lightly accented with a vinegary taste; or paneer makhani, mildly spiced homemade cottage cheese cooked in tomato sauce and butter. Rice and Indian paratha and naan bread accompany the dishes while the biryani is a complete meal in itself.
