A talented team puts together the finest ingredients to create such dishes as pan seared ducks liver on crispy puff pastry with creamed onion and red wine sauce, ham hock and prune terrine with girolles and coarse mustard dressing and poached pear in mulled wine with stilton mousse and fresh salad. Traditional fare of braised rump of salt marsh lamb, pan seared Welsh sea bass and haunch of venison steak vie for the diner's attention too. If the appetite permits, call for dessert of white chocolate truffle or rice pudding with poached plum to bring the meal to a satisfying end.
