REVIEWS OF Ash

AC (12 February 2009)

We were quite disappointed with a meal we had there. The waitress seemed 'distracted' and was getting table numbers mixed-up. My husband's rib eye steak was very small and thin, accompanied by a single cherry tomato, a couple of mushrooms and a bowl of fries. I had the Scotch beef curry which was okay. The beef was tender but not much taste of curry. About 5 minutes after receiving our meal the waitress brought two small saucers each with two potatoes, a sprig of limp broccoli and a few slices of soft dried-up carrots. It was a strange accompaniment to dishes served with rice and fries.
