The recently refurbished Aspects Restaurant allows for guests to dine in a quiet rural setting where the chefs have created an exciting menu of classic English fare with a modern twist. Expect to find choices ranging from French style mussels, Japanese salmon fillet, Italian Gammon steak, and roast breast of local Goosnargh duck, to Cajun chicken pasta, pizzas, and salads.

Desserts encompass sticky toffee profiteroles, rhubarb bread and butter pudding, and homemade ice creams. Wines and champagne ably support the dishes on the menu.

The restaurant opens out onto the Olive Tree Terrace where guests can enjoy morning coffee and croissants, lunches and evening drinks.
