You would have to book well in advance to get into this popular Italian above the Chepstow pub in Bayswater as there are only ten tables; it has the dubious honour of being one of Michael Winner's favourite haunts. Although the prices are steep, both the food and the service are exquisite. The choices are limited, but what does appear is some of the finest Italian food around - beware the fact that they only list everything in Italian on the menu, and therefore unless you are fluent, you may need help in making a choice - prepared by the supremely able Sicilian chef Ninu Sassu. The pasta loaf is fantastic, and benefits from the use of specialist native oil, one of many genuine ingredients used here.
