My biggest complaint with Atomic Catering is how I was treated after my event. Let's just say my wedding did not go off without a hitch and there were many. When I contacted them I was treated rudely and was not offered any apology at all. I work in customer services and I know things can go wrong, but you own up to them when they happen and that's the only way to keep a customer happy. They probably lack professionalism and tact.
