The Auberge de France is a highly acclaimed 2 AA rosette restaurant serving sumptuous French cuisine from the 'a la carte menu' every evening, with starters such as duck liver terrine accompanied by an apple jelly and a glass of Pommeau or cream of asparagus soup topped with matured parmesan shavings, and then market fresh fish served with a saffron sauce, accompanied with baked charlotte potatoes or oven-baked tenderloin of veal caramelised with maple syrup and sherry vinegar.
