Away2dine is a unique experience that allows you to enjoy a relaxed meal whilst cruising in the Birmingham Canal in a comfortable and elegantly designed narrowboat restaurant. Equally suited for both, a quiet intimate dinner and a fun evening in a large group, its interior is marked by restful leather banquettes, fixed tables and chairs and huge panoramic glass windows.

The busy kitchen inside brings to the table freshly cooked food prepared on the boat itself and the menu is segregated into a set five course evening menu and a Sunday roast lunch menu. You could commence dinner with a homemade soup served with herb croutons and a salad of duck breast followed by a roasted rack of English lamb or a baked coley fillet.

Amongst desserts dark chocolate ganache and marmalade bread and butter pudding make for excellent finales whilst a selection of cheeses served with biscuits, celery and grapes are to hand as well.
