Azou Restaurant

375 King Street, Hammersmith, London, W6 9NJ

The colourful decor and use of lanterns, cloths, cushions and brass tables at Azou creates a relaxed atmosphere; though, in reality, it is merely a restaurant in Hammersmith, not part of a souk, you may feel that you have actually been transported there. They are proud of the authenticity of their North African cuisine, using traditional spices, herbs and methods of cooking, producing interesting food of excellent quality, combined with friendly and efficient service, and they are extremely well rated in Harden's Guide to London Restaurants. For either a quiet meal, a business dinner or lunch, or party, you will enjoy both good fun and excellent value! The menu ranges across the Maghreb, taking in briks and brochettes, tagines and couscous dishes, including some unique to Azou.

REVIEWS OF Azou Restaurant

Braham (20 June 2011)

I have visited Azou while on a conference in London last week. I found the atmosphere and the food to be excellent. In fact I enjoyed the experience so much, I went back the following night. The staff were very courteous and aware of the needs of customers. The owner/chef came out on a few occasions and made sure all his customers were attended to properly - he chatted to everyone without exception. I will certainly visit again when in London. I highly recommend it.

Great food, wonderful service and fantastic value - I found this unexpected gem in Hammersmith and return quite often.
