Azul Playa Description

In the sixties and seventies, Hotel Azul Playa was known as a place where one could enjoy some of the best dishes available on the island. Today, Rustic Hotels has refurbished this emblematic site with the objective of offering the best of that time - a place where guests and diners feel welcome and taken care of in a relaxing and light atmosphere. Chef Marcos Morey is in charge of the kitchen, which is predominantly Mediterranean and perfectly combines modern and classic aspects. The focus is on 'products from the sea', using local fresh fish and seafood from the island. The large terrace in front of the sea invites guests to relax, pass time, forget stress and enjoy the truly Mediterranean setting.
