Babycakes Bakery Cafe

Babycakes cafe is a European-style cafe and bakery in the heart of the Arlington business district near Vassar College. Popular with students and locals alike this funky café offers fine food in a casual setting. Recently expanded to a 65 seat restaurant, it now offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with take-out and catering available. Full bar service with a unique wine and beer menu makes this the place to be for a relaxing night out. Live music is currently offered Thursday, Friday and Saturday night with a $10 minimum food and drink charge.
 
Co-owners Jarek and Susan Wysocki are both graduates of The Culinary Institute of America and it shows in the menu. All pastries and baked goods are made from the finest ingredients, and the food menu reflects their commitment to quality dining at a reasonable price. Many vegan and vegetarian choices are available. Local, seasonal and organic ingredients are used as much as possible. If you are looking for a dining experience unlike the Route 9 giants then this is the place to go. Established in 2002, Babycakes keeps getting better and better.
