I do not agree with the previous reviewer. This was one of the worst Indian meals I’ve ever had. It's a shame because the owner is a charming, friendly man while the quality of food is a let down. My dish tasted more like a tomato stew that had been overcooked. The pulao tasted predominantly of cardamom and the pickle tasted like it had been in the open for long. It certainly isn't a cheap place either.

This is by far, the best Indian food I have ever tasted in Nottingham and the same meal would cost you three times the price in the more up-market Maid Marion way curry houses. If it is decor you want, do go there , but if it's traditional quality curry you are after, this is the place.
