Bam-Bou Restaurant Description
Bam-Bou - Is a chic Vietnamese inspired eatery in the heart of Fitzrovia. This olive-green converted town house, with various dining rooms, bars and cosy alcoves spread over four floors, has been injected with a seductive Far Eastern persona - it takes French-Vietnamese food as its cuisine, and French Colonial style as the decor. A narrow hallway leads to an airy interior adorned with lacquer, hardwoods and Buddhist artefacts and exudes a feeling of mysterious charm and sexy decadence. While the style is undoubtedly stunning, the food and service win slightly less praise.

This is a very fine French-Vietnamese restaurant that allows you to completely relax and enjoy good food. Staff are very friendly and make a great effort to accommodate all your needs. It is advisable that you book in advance. The food is very fine, with for example the delicious Sea bass on banana leaves. Try also the coconut rice, which is deliciously soft and goes well with most of the meals. The only negative is that portions are a little small.
