We came down from Glasgow and went to B&K with a friend - been back every month since. I have not had pickled tongue or salt beef like this since my grandfather died, I am now a convert, Thanks boys see you soon.

How much better can salt beef get? This is a jewel of a place. Unpretentious, friendly, and cosy in a singularly laid-back fashion, the emphasis is on the food not the décor. If you have some Eastern European genes, or if only your great grand father was Jewish, treat your genes to the all-out salt beef experience. Your mother would approve.
