Bangkok Bay Description

Bangkok Bay is a friendly and affordable Thai restaurant situated in the heart of Battersea Park Road. The emphasis is on creating dishes, exactly as they are made in the capital of Thailand. The owners are proud of the fact that they are one of the first restaurants  in Battersea to let customers bring their own wine, beer or spirit.

The menu focuses on a blend of traditional and contemporary Thai specialities. It is a real joy to observe that the service there is quick and attentive, probably because they are family run.

The staff encourage customers to sample dishes such as weeping tiger, fresh and hot, in the restaurant rather than opting for their take away service. Starters might include tom kha soup, prawn dumplings or spicy Thai fish cakes, while mains comprise of red and green curries and tempting stir-fries such as drunken duck with chillies, bamboo shoots and Thai basil.
