The menu offers the authentic taste of Spain and is created from ingredients sourced from exclusive Spanish food retailers as well as local markets.

The fresh and wholesome food prepared by chef James Knight, comprises appetizing tapas dishes of ham and cheese croquetas, garlic and chilli prawns, pork and oxtail meatballs and tortillas de patatas - a traditional Spanish omelette filled with potato and vegetables. Other dishes include authentic cured sausages and black pudding, tender char grilled mutton, soft crab paste on rolls and pan-fried veal cheeks with spinach served with a thick, dark sauce. There are also a number of bar snacks such as marinated sardines, salted almonds, toasted maize and habas fritas, a dish of dried crispy broad beans. The wine list is extensive and carefully selected by the owner Tim Luther, who brings his considerable experience as a wine importer, helping guests choose the drink that complements their meal. Other drinks include authentic Spanish lager and cider as well as a range of authentic sherries from Jerez.
