He is the one behind all the wonderfully creative flavours of the set menu, which includes a variety of changing Indian delicacies (his Pashawar Nan Bread with fruits and nuts is to die for). The dishes are very tasty and mild, but if you want them hot, there are sauces available ? no need to worry, though, as Shahin will advise you beforehand in his personable and friendly manner, which ones are hot and which ones are not!
