Bear Inn
Spencer Lane, Berkswell, nr Coventry, CV7 7BB
A timbered 16th century inn with a great history, renowned now for its excellent well-kept ales and good food. In saying this one should be aware that the prices are regarded by some as not always related to the food, but in general people are happy and the repeat trade is steady. Wine list is average but certainly up to the food.International

REVIEWS OF Bear Inn
Andrew (23 October 2009)
I eat at Bear Inn on a regular basis and find the warm and relaxing atmosphere along with the fantastic food a common reminder of the high standards at the Bear. A plus rating!
Suzanne (12 March 2009)
I visited The Bear in last weekend. We ended up going there as we had heard it was a nice pub. The food was absolutely gorgeous. My boyfriend had some sort of lemon chicken skewer with a side bowl of chips. I had scampi, and I've tried a lot of scampi, and it was one of the best I’ve ever tried. I was even amazed at the carrots I had, they were 'proper' carrots, none of this processed rubbish you get at the chain pubs. I definitely would recommend this place.
