Beeches Restaurant & Bar, The Description

This bistro-style restaurant is in a conservatory leading out through French windows to very attractive grounds. As elsewhere the blend of cooking influences is picked up from the setting, leading to such happy combinations as smoked bacon and red pepper risotto, with pork loin, potatoes and apple rosti, rounded off by hot rum and sultana rice pudding.
