There is nothing pretentious about the Beehive - a traditional British pub that has benefited from the more appealing influences of the gastropub movement, with an upstairs restaurant offering homemade food that instantly appeals. In the summer there is a barbecue hard at work and throughout the year the Sunday roast enjoys a wide appeal.
