Berry's restaurant overlooks six acres of magnificent grounds and has been awarded 2 AA stars for its use of the best British produce from the Buckinghamshire countryside.The classic high ceilings in the dining room give it a luxurious country house feel and the bar with its large leather chairs and roaring fire is a pleasant venue to enjoy aperitifs or an after dinner drink. Tulip trees in the gardens provide a pleasant spot for al fresco dining during summer.

Starters include twice baked crab soufflé with a brandy and dill sauce and tartare of salmon bound in crème fraiche with beetroot carpaccio. Main course brings to the fore dishes such as roasted Suffolk free-range pork belly on a white bean and chorizo sausage cassoulet and Gressingham duck breast served pink with creamed Savoy cabbage and Madeira sauce. An iced banana and pistachio parfait should cap the meal on a satisfying note.
