Separate to, and downstairs from, Bibendum Restaurant, is Bibendum Oyster Bar, located in the original touring office, and a thoroughly delightful experience, as this demonstrates sheer simplicity in food brought up to its finest level. Served there are the finest oysters, from rock to native, lobster or crab mayonnaise and other fruits de mer, in a lively and informal setting, complemented by an imaginative list of inexpensive wines. Other specialities include delicious salads and specials that change on a daily basis.
