My wife and I are ex-residents from the north east coast and return regularly to visit the family. On every visit we call in for the best fish suppers you will find anywhere in the U.K. The fish are large, the batter is the crispiest and thickest ever found, served with excellent chips. We cannot find a shop to match in our area. If only we could have his batter recipe while in exile. It’s strongly recommended.
