Bincho Yakitori Description

Heading out for drinks after office hours maybe the norm but business people walking down the cobbled streets of Soho can indulge in a different experience when they step inside Bincho Yakitori, a modern Japanese Izakaya. Traditionally a place where you could throw back sake and nibble on short eats or maybe have something more substantial, it's a common sight there to watch chefs as they toss flame coated meat with a flourish before they hand it to you on a platter.

Hot Korean pickles, Kimchee, are popular in the appetiser menu, as is the enoki, a salad of grilled mushrooms with watercress. The broad range of yakitori, featuring almost all the parts of chicken on a skewer, includes duck, quail egg and bacon, while the kushiyaki, also grill based, is another way to sample Oriental delights such as squid and eel. Sip ice cold beer or sake, and end your feast with baked chocolate and mirin ice cream.
