Bistro 33 Description

'Bistro 33' offers an informal dining experience at Read's Hotel, either inside where the old Oil Press is or outside near the swimming pool. You might fancy an Italian dish, something Japanese, or how about a delicacy from Thailand? You'll never be bored, as the menu changes about once a month, and there are different specials on the blackboard every day. Michelin-rated Chef Marc Fosh sums it up as: 'The idea of the bistro is that it's quite international, and allows us to have some fun with food from different cultures.'
