One of the ever-growing chain which is appearing in several of our major cities and making a good job of providing for the spirit of the age. When you have tired of the champagne bar move on to the restaurant fashioned in the classic bistro style. The menu changes daily and concentrates on good quality ingredients transformed into reassuringly recognisable dishes. As night follows day, good food requires the compliment of decent wine and you will not be disappointed at Hotel Du Vin. House wine is £12.95 but many find themselves pleasantly seduced by the worldly travels of the wine list.
