Proprietors Mike and Kerry Lamb are pleased to invite guests to Bistro Red. Mike, well known from Martins on the Marina at Estepona will be offering fresh fish from the blackboard as well as a selection of meat dishes including steaks from the charcoal grill. The menu presents a mix of original dishes as well as classic favourites. Here you will find slow roasted belly of pork served with caramelized apple, mashed potato flavoured with sage and onion and black pudding with a stock gravy to get the taste buds tingling, or chargrilled calves' liver set on a bed of grain mustard mash served with onion and port wine sauce and crispy bacon.
